Q: What is your design process?
A: Our design process starts with an initial consultation to understand your needs and preferences. We create a tailored proposal for your project. Once signed off, the fun begins! We have developed a Signature PLAY System of Design whereby we weave your unique story with my decades of design experience to create a home that is beautiful, functional and is your own personal playground.
Before we draw a floor plan or source a single chair, we sit down with you for a deep dive interview in which we want to learn all about your:

A Activities and Amusements
Y Your Story! This is the most important part. We want to know your unique story so that we can create the best environment tailored to you.
Next, we create a conceptual development phase and an extremely detailed design (including your investment). When revisions are complete and signed off, we start the implementation phase.
Lastly.....the Big Day!!! We plan for the Install day, (and the big Reveal!) We then do a walk through with you and create a final checklist if need be.
Q: What if you present something that we do not like?
A: We work very hard to create design plans that we know you will love, but occasionally there are things you are not feeling. We allow time in our design fee for a couple of revisions, and we value your open and honest feedback.
Q: How long is the design process and how long does it take before install day?
A: It can vary depending on the scope of the project, but we generally estimates a 2 - 3 weeks for the concept and design development phase. Once the design is signed off on, most projects take 10 - 12 weeks until install date.
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We charge a flat fee for each of our three services. When our clients decide they want to invest in other rooms in the house, we either create a second proposal, or charge for our services hourly.
