When we set out to design our kitchen, the first thing on our wishlist was a colossal kitchen island- because who doesn't want an epic gathering spot? We're both passionate about cooking and entertaining, and we love serving up delicious dishes straight to our guests. Plus, Doug is a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, so his legendary football Sunday parties are a must! Everyone gathers around the island to indulge in whatever mouthwatering regional delights Doug has whipped up that day. And let's not forget the neighborhood kids- they've figured out that if they peek through the mudroom door, they'll be greeted by the irresistible aroma of fresh sourdough bread or delicious Italian cookies. It's a culinary wonderland!
